It’s particularly effective in the beginning and ending of the season when the water is colder, a timeframe in which past pencil poppers couldn’t perform. The SWING HOT is effectively used by drawing in targets with the swing action which features a very short travel distance. The key to this action is shaking the tip of the rod during super slow retrieves, causing the lure to swing from side to side while keeping the travel distance to a minimum.
